Everything added on purpose
The full list of chemicals added on purpose sits on one page, for every pan. Same wording everywhere the set ships. California law asks for that list from anyone selling cookware in the state. Marbury prints the same list for every order, in every state.
Looking after it
- Medium heat does the work. The base spreads it, so the dial can sit lower than you expect.
- Wood, silicone and nylon tools. Metal chips a hard surface.
- If food starts sticking, clean the pan before replacing it. Baking soda paste and a soft pad lift polymerized oil.
- Let a hot pan cool before it meets cold water.
Questions people ask
Can I buy only the skillet?
Yes. Every piece in the set is sold on its own, always. One pan can be replaced or added without the set.
How long does the coating last?
That depends on heat and on tools, and no honest number covers every kitchen. The recoating service exists so the answer stops mattering as much.
Is it safe on induction?
Yes. The forged base carries a steel plate for induction. The plate sits inside the base rather than bonded on the outside.
Who pays the postage on a recoating?
You send the pan in, we send it back. The $39 covers stripping the old surface, recoating it and shipping the pan home to you. Getting it to Ohio is on you. We will email you a prepaid label for $12 if you would rather not stand in line, which puts the whole job at $51 a pan.
What happens after a year?
The refund window closes at one year. The recoating service has no time limit. The price is $39 a pan today, and if that price ever moves, every set already sold keeps the price it was sold with.
$395 for five pieces. US shipping is free, three business days door to door, and a whole year to decide.
