Who you are dealing with

Preselly is a brand of Activo Nutrition LLC, a Delaware company in the United States. Our address is 8 The Green, Suite 5785, Dover, DE 19901. You can reach us at bas@preselly.com. An invoice from us reads Activo Nutrition LLC and a card statement reads PRESELLY. When this page says we, it means Activo Nutrition LLC. There is one person doing the work and his name is Bas Rijksen.

Using this site means you agree to this page

Using this site, joining the waitlist or buying anything from us means you accept what is written here. If anything on this page does not match what we told you in an email, tell us. We would rather fix it than argue about it.

This is for businesses

This is a service sold to businesses, not to consumers. By joining the waitlist or by buying, you are confirming you are doing it for a business and that you are old enough to sign for it. Consumer rules, including cooling off periods, are written for people buying for themselves and they do not apply here.

The waitlist buys nothing

Joining the waitlist costs nothing, commits you to nothing and reserves nothing. It puts your name on a list so we can write to you when the next batch of free pages opens. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, a quote or a contract, and nothing on it creates an obligation for you or for us.

The example brands on this site are invented

Every brand in the eight example pages on this site is invented, and so is everything printed on them. The products, the prices, the reviews, the review counts, the sources and the claims were all written by us to show how a page is built. None of it describes a real company or a real product, and any resemblance to one is accidental.

Every number in the example monthly report is invented

The monthly report shown on the homepage is an example for a brand that does not exist. Every figure on it was made up to show the shape of the report. It is not a client’s result, it is not an average, and it is not a promise about what your own numbers would do.

What we sell

We write and build pre-sell pages. Your first page is free. After that there are three plans, billed monthly.

Two new pages every month costs $1,497 a month.

Unlimited pages costs $2,997 a month. Ask for as many as you want, one in production at a time, three working days each.

Unlimited pages with two in production costs $5,997 a month, and works the same way with two pages moving at once.

Every paid page comes with five matched ads written for it. That is the whole price list. There is nothing else to buy and every number we charge is on this page.

The free first page

If we build a free page for you, three things have to be true. You are buying paid traffic now, you can name the page those clicks currently land on, and you are happy for us to show the page we build you as our work. The free page is the complete page, built on your own domain, and it is yours to keep. It does not come with the matched ads, because a fair test holds your own ads constant and swaps only the page.

We open the free pages a few at a time, because every one is written and built by hand. A place on the list is not a promise that we can take your brand. If we agree anything beyond what is on this page, both of us put it in writing before work starts.

How the work runs

On the unlimited plans, each page lands inside three working days. Those three days start when we have your answers, not when you first ask. Working days means Monday to Friday. Public holidays are not working days, and if one falls inside your three days we tell you which day it is in the same message that starts the clock.

What arrives is not a document. It is the real page, built and working, on a private link only you have. Open it on your phone or your computer and look at the actual page. It goes live on your own domain when you say yes, and if it is not right we change it until it is. You are the one who decides it is right, not us, and you do not have to justify the point.

The promise on every page

If the page we build does not beat the page you are running now, we build you another one with a different angle, free. The test runs on your own ads with only the page swapped. What counts as beating it gets written down and agreed before the test starts, so neither of us gets to decide afterwards what the word meant. One rebuild per test, and the rebuild takes the same production slot your next page would have taken. There is no money back at any point, on any plan, and we would rather say so here than let you find it later.

Paying, and stopping

Payment runs on a card, through a payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any tax that may apply where you are. Your plan renews every month until you stop it.

Stop after any month. There is no pause and we do not pretend there is. There is no notice period, no exit fee and no permission to ask for. Tell us and we stop it the same day we read it.

What you own when you stop

Every page you paid for stays yours. We send you the copy and the files, and your pages stay online for thirty days after you stop. You can ask us for the copy and the files at any time, not only when you leave. The files are the page itself as plain HTML with its images, ready to put on any hosting, plus the copy as a document you can open and edit.

Yours starts the moment we hand it to you and it does not run out. It survives you stopping, it survives us stopping, and it is not conditional on you still paying us.

What stays ours is our own methods, our written standard, the checks behind the reads and anything we build to run this. You are buying the output, not the machine. The Preselly name and this site stay ours as well.

One honest edge, because it is where this kind of promise usually breaks. If a page we build for you uses something we did not write, such as a typeface or a photograph somebody else licenses, we tell you what it is and where it came from when we hand the page over. That thing is licensed on its own terms and not by us. Everything we wrote and built is yours outright.

Your domain, and what we do not touch

Your product page stays exactly as it is. What we build is a separate page with its own web address on your own domain. We do not touch the page you have and we do not have a login to it. That is on purpose.

You add one line to your own domain settings, once, at your own registrar. It adds a new web address of your own and changes nothing that is already there. We never hold your domain login. We look after the hosting and the security certificate for that address for as long as your pages are up with us.

When your pages come down, remove that line from your domain settings. Do that after the thirty days above have run out, not the day you stop. A record left pointing at hosting that has been released is a real security problem on your own domain, and we cannot remove it for you, because we do not have access to your registrar.

What you tell us has to be true

If you give us a claim, a number, a review, a before and after, or any other piece of proof to use on a page, you are telling us it is accurate and that you are allowed to use it. We write from what you give us. We cannot check your paperwork, your lab results or your contracts, and we do not pretend to.

Whether a claim on a page we build for you is legal in the market you sell into is your responsibility. You know your category, your regulator and your own substantiation. If something you told us turns out not to be true and it lands somebody in trouble, that is yours to carry, not ours. We wrote what you gave us.

What we do not promise

We do not promise a lift. Not a conversion rate, not a revenue figure, not a percentage, not a range. We do not do that arithmetic on your money and we will not imply it. Be careful with anyone who does.

This site and everything free on it are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

We do not promise that this site or a page we host will never be down. There is no monitoring desk, no uptime commitment and no support line, and we are not going to print numbers we cannot stand behind. What there is instead is one person who answers his email, and a page that is a plain file, so there is very little in it to break.

Limit of liability

For anything free, including this site and a free page, our total liability is capped at $100. For paid work, our total liability is capped at what you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Neither side is liable for indirect losses, meaning lost profit, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not allow to be limited.

Acceptable use

Do not copy or resell this site, or anything we send you, as your own product. Do not scrape it. Do not take it apart to rebuild it. Do not probe it for security holes. Do not submit somebody else’s page as your own. Do not use anything here to break the law.

Privacy

What we hold, why, and for how long is on the privacy page. The short version is that what you send us stays between us.

If something goes wrong

Email us first, at bas@preselly.com. There is nobody to escalate past, and most things get fixed the same day. If it cannot be fixed that way, these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, and any dispute goes to the state or federal courts sitting in Delaware.

There is no arbitration here. If you sue us, or we sue you, it happens in a Delaware court in front of a judge. The one exception is small claims. Either of us can take a claim that fits to a small claims court where it belongs, without coming to Delaware for it.

Changes to this page

If we change this page, we change the date at the top. If a change affects something you are already paying for, we email you before it applies to you, and you can stop that month if you do not like it.
