What is in one scoop

One level scoop is 12 grams. The nine ingredients each have their own amount, and the carrier that fills the rest of the scoop is printed with the others, so the numbers add up to the 12,000 milligrams the scoop holds. There is no proprietary blend on this label and no fruit powder used as bulk.

Also on the label

Total fiber 5 grams. Magnesium 48 mg. Zinc 6 mg. No added sugar, no sweetener, no flavoring. Batch code on the pouch seam. Eat your vegetables.

How to take it

One scoop in about 10 ounces of water or milk, taken with a meal rather than before one. Some of what is in here travels with fat, so food in the same sitting is doing part of the work. Keep the pouch away from small children, because it is a lot of fiber in one place.

It tastes green. That is the honest description. Water works, and a smoothie makes it easier.

Can I take it with my other supplements?

Yes. Every amount is printed above, so you can add it up against whatever else you take and see the totals.

Does it replace vegetables?

No. It closes a narrow set of gaps on a daily schedule. The plate still does the main work.

Why $59 when psyllium on its own is cheap?

Because half the scoop is not psyllium. The other half is five plant powders with their own amounts, magnesium as citrate and zinc as glycinate, printed as nine numbers instead of one blend total. If plain fiber is all you want, buy the plain stuff and keep your money. This is for the person who wants the rest of it in the same scoop.

How do I cancel?

From the account page, in one click, at any time. There is no call to make and no email to send.

Where is it made?

Blended and packed in Oregon. The batch code on the seam matches a record we keep for two years.

What people say after a few pouches

★★★★ 4.8 average from 1,900+ reviews

It thickens if you let it stand. Stir it twice and drink it before it does.

Colette B.Subscriber, 11 months

Fourth pouch now. It lives next to the coffee, which is the only reason I remember it.

Warren P.Subscriber, 4 months

Same week every month, no fuss at the door. That is most of why I am still on it.

Naomi F.Subscriber, 19 months

Water was a losing battle for me. In oat milk it more or less disappears.

Desmond A.Subscriber, 6 months

I keep a spare pouch in my desk at work so the morning one never gets skipped.
